Von Kiel aus stechen wir in See zur nördlichsten Märchen- stadt Europas: Sankt Petersburg – das Reiseziel, das auf fast keiner Ostseekreuzfahrt fehlen darf. Bei einem Besuch von „Piter“, wie Sankt Petersburg von seinen Einwohnern genannt wird, spüren wir den Geist der alten Zarenzeit verbunden mit Einflüssen der westeuropäi- schen Kultur: Alte russische Traditionen mit italienischen, deutschen und holländischen Visionen prägen noch heute die Hafenstadt.
