Ja, ich bin alter Heikendorfer. Yes, I’m a long-time resident of Heikendorf. Bacardi-Cola, kann man doch sagen, oder? (lacht) Bacardi-Cola, may I say that? (laughing) Ja, war ich zehn Jahre lang. Yes, I was, for 10 years. Zwei. Two. Nach der Bundeswehr war ich 15 Jahre der Personenschützer von Axel Springer. After the Federal Armed Forces, I was Axel Springer’s bodyguard for 15 years. Die ganzen Schiffe. Ein schönes, großes Schiff ist immer „lecker“. Ich könnte mir stundenlang die großen Pötte am Ostseekai ansehen. Auch meine Kollegen sind sehr okay. Das Besondere an meinem Job ist, dass er jeden Tag anders ist. All these ships. A nice, large ship is always “yummy”. I could watch the big cruise liners at Ostseekai for hours. My colleagues are very okay, too. The special thing about my job is that every day is different. Ich treibe viel Sport, so spiele ich seit 40 Jahren Handball in Heikendorf. Ich spiele auch in der Fußball- Mannschaft des SEEHAFEN KIEL. Morgen geht’s wieder zum Training. Außerdem spiele ich gern Skat. I do a lot of sports. I’ve been playing handball in Heikendorf for 40 years. I also play soccer in the PORT OF KIEL-team. Tomorrow‘s the next training session. On top of that, I like Skat. Meine Kinder und Enkelkinder. My children and grandchildren. Falschheit. Wenn dich einer anlächelt und doch hintergeht. Deceit. When somebody smiles at you but deceives you at the same time. Herr der Ringe – den schaue ich immer wieder an. Lord of the Rings. I watch it again and again. Also mit dem Lesen – tja – da habe ich das im Moment nicht so. Man hängt ja heute mehr am PC. Wann bleibt da noch Zeit zum Lesen? Reading … yes … I’m not really into it at the moment. Today you rather hang out with your PC. When should there be time for reading? Immer positiv denken, dann wird man auch alt! War’s das? Dann kann ich den Leuten weiter aufs Dach steigen. Wir wollen das gute Wetter ausnutzen. Think positive, then you manage getting old. Is that it? Then I hit the roof again. We want to make the most out of the fine weather.
